Why we exist

Transportation is not one market, it is a dozen adjacent ones that barely speak to each other. A furniture retailer needs same-day local delivery and LTL freight and occasionally a full truckload. An importer needs drayage and intermodal and final-mile. A carrier needs freight to fill a truck that is already going somewhere. Each of those needs has historically meant a different vendor, a different login and a different invoice.

TransportHub puts them in one place. You choose the platform that fits the shipment in front of you, and everything else — the account, the dashboard, the support team, the payment protection — stays the same.

How we make money

The load board is a flat monthly subscription with no commission on freight. The marketplace and freight platforms include a platform fee inside the quoted price, so the number you accept is the number you pay. We do not take a percentage of a carrier’s linehaul without telling them.

What we care about

Verification, because trust is the whole product. Transparency on price, because hidden margin is how this industry earned its reputation. And empty miles, because a van driving home with nothing in it is a waste of fuel, money and road space that technology can genuinely fix.
