Our commitment to making TransportHub usable by everyone.
TransportHub aims to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The site supports full keyboard navigation, visible focus states, semantic headings, text alternatives for images, sufficient colour contrast and reduced-motion preferences. Accessibility issues can be reported by email and are triaged within five business days.

What we have done
Skip links, keyboard-operable navigation and accordions, visible focus indicators, ARIA labelling on interactive controls, semantic heading structure, and respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting.
Known limitations
Some third-party embedded content may not meet the same standard. We are working with those vendors.
Reporting a problem
Email us with the page address and a description of the problem. We triage accessibility reports within five business days.
