The short answer
Enter your TransportHub reference number, in the format TH-0000-0000, to see the live status of a shipment including pickup confirmation, in-transit updates, estimated arrival and photo proof of delivery. The reference is on your booking confirmation email.
Where do I find my reference?
It is on your booking confirmation email and in your dashboard next to the shipment. It always starts with TH- followed by two four-digit blocks.
Status meanings
Booked — a provider has accepted the job. Collected — the item has been picked up and scanned. In transit — on the road, with live position where the driver has location sharing enabled. Out for delivery — on the final leg. Delivered — signed or photographed at the door.
