How and when you get paid
Payment is held in escrow and released once the customer confirms delivery, typically within two business days of completion. Quick-pay options are available on freight bookings.
How ratings work
Customers rate every completed job. Your score is public, and it directly affects how often your quotes are seen. Providers who fall below our threshold are removed from the network.
