Design and ship the services that score provider-to-shipment fit. Improve match quality against real booking outcomes. Work directly with the operations team on the cases the algorithm gets wrong.

Strong backend experience at scale, comfort with geospatial data and optimisation problems, and the judgement to know when a simpler heuristic beats a model.
